ENOSHIMA
ENOSHIMA
Enoshima is a small island in Japan’s Kanagawa Prefecture. Only an hour from Tokyo, it’s beaches are the closest to town. Sand and sun aside, popular attractions include the Enoshima Shrine, hot springs, English garden, lighthouse and caves. As you can see, there’s plenty to do. And despite being a small island, there is plenty to eat, too. Many local restaurants line the streets offering up fresh, local fare. One thing is for sure, Enoshima makes for a great day-trip destination from Tokyo. To help you get around, check out some of our favourite things to do in Enoshima.
