There’s a reason Kichijoji is one of the most popular places to live in Tokyo. In fact, there are several. Just a short 15 minute train journey from Shinjuku, you’ll find yourself in a different, more relaxed world. It’s home to the popular Inokashira Park which comes alive with picnics and swan boats during cherry blossom season. You’ll also find the Inokashira Park Zoo and the famous Ghibli Museum. Back in town, there are a ton of great shops and restaurants to keep you busy, including the fun Harmonica Yokocho area.
